Under the Ocean Scenery card with Whale Done and After the Storm stamp

Today, I share under the ocean scenery card with the Whale Done and After The Storm stamp sets. For a scenery card, this is an easy one. Perfect for beginner and advice stampers.

The rays stamp from the After The Strom stamp set is perfect for getting the light shining down in the ocean. Did I tell you yet that I love the versatility of this stamp? Well, I do, and be on the lookout for many more cards with this set.

Summertime is here, and the ocean is calling my attention. But, unfortunately, some are far away from the ocean so that I will bring the ocean to you.

How to stamp the scenery under the ocean with Whale Done and After the Storm stamp sets.

The under the ocean scenery card is very simple to create. In this video, I shared step by step how to create this scenery card. As I mentioned above, this is a great scenery card for beginners. If you are new at sponging with the blending brush, this card would be a great one to get started.

Let me share how I did this beautiful scenery, and maybe you will feel the ocean breeze while watching this video.

In the picture above, you can see the little bubble, what I call the breathing bubbles in the video. It just one little stamp that adds so much life to this scenery card.

The rays from After the Strom is the perfect stamp to get the light shining down in the ocean.

Inside the card view

For the inside, I stamped the seabed at the bottom. This is such a fun card that it could be for any occasion.

Measurements

Basic White 8½ x 5½ card base, 5¼ x 4, scrap for the whale.
Misty Moonlight 5-3/8 x 4-1/8

For spinner card

Card Base: Basic White 8¼ x 5½ score at 4-1/8. Note the card base is slightly smaller than a regular card base. The reason for a smaller card base is to have an equal proportion of all layers. The top layer is die-cut, so that size was not an easy adjustment so, all the other layers I adjust to flow all together with equal proportion.
Misty Moonlight 5-3/8 x 4 layer.
Top Layers 5½ x 4¼ Basic White, die-cut with the 5¼ x 3¾ rectangle stitched die.
Basic White wheel 4 x 4, scrap for the punch-out whale.
