Tips about a ruler

Tip on how to read a ruler and tip about measurements.

So many differences in rulers. When I say ruler that can be the paper trimmer, simple scoreboard, all tools that had a ruler on them.
To understand how to read a ruler first you need to count all the lines between one niche. Some rulers are divided by 8, some by 16, and even more. But most are by 8 or 16. I explain all in the video.

I know many will ask where I got my easy ruler. It is a few different ones on Amazon I share them on my page of this and That. Please note I am NOT responsible for any of the purchases on Amazon. CLICK HERE to view them

Here the list of Stampin’Up! tools that had rulers.

  • Paper trimmer in one inch it is 16 lines.
So if the measurement is 7/8 you would count every other line, that would be the same then 14/16 but when it’s divided by 2 so it becomes 7/8 if a measurement is 3/16 you would count every line.
  • Simply scoreboard it is 8 lines. So if the measurement is 3/8 you count every line.

I bet the video will make more sense for many and will come in handy.
