Today’s project features a fun Pull-Out Window Card! I’ll show you how to create the interactive pull-out version, plus a simpler version with just the window if you prefer an easier design.
Both cards have the look of a beautifully wrapped gift, making them perfect for birthdays, Christmas, or just about any special occasion. The interactive pull-out feature adds a fun surprise as the hidden message is revealed when you pull the insert.
For today’s card, I used the Beautiful Ordinary Life Designer Series Paper and paired it with some older products, including Be My Valentine and Addressed to You. I love mixing new products with older favorites—it’s a great way to get even more use from your crafting supplies!

Pull-out Window
The designer paper is the Beautiful Ordinary Life mix with the Bee My Valentine stamp set and Bee Builder Punch.
Measurements
- Cherry Cobbler: 10 ½” x 5″ score at 5 ¼” and ½” on each end on the 5″ side. 3″ x 5 ¼” score at 1 ½” on the 3″ side, and on the 5 ¼” side score ½” each side.
2 ¾” x 2 ¾” punch out 1 ¾” frame with 2 ¼” punch for the framing. - Basic White 3 ¾” x 5 ¼”
- Basic Black 1 ⅛” x 4 ⅛” embossed
- Beautiful Ordinary Life 3 ⅞” x 5 ⅛”
- Scrap Daffodil Delight and Vellum for the Bee Punch Put.
This is the same measurements as the card above, but the topper I use is designer paper. Card base Blackberry Bliss, stamp set Addressed to You.
The simple window fun fold
This is the simple version one, still has the window and the gift/box looks, but no pull-out. The stamp set is the Bee My Valentine and Addressed to You.
Measurements
- Cherry Cobbler: 11″ x 4″ score at 5 ½”.
3″ x 5 ¼” score at 1 ½” on the 3″ side and on the 5 ¼” side score ½” each side.
