Floating Center Pop-Up Card Tutorial

For today’s share, I’m showing how to create a Floating Center Pop-Up Card Tutorial. A card where the inside becomes the main focal point. The inside features a pop-up design, and the center of the pop-up gives the illusion that it is floating. I have both landscape and portrait layouts to share.

A couple of weeks ago, I did a video tutorial, linked below, where I show step-by-step how to create both layouts from start to finish. This card reminds me a little of what I call “the party inside,” because the inside is almost prettier than the outside!

All measurements are listed below. I’m also showcasing several different Designer Series Papers, including the Water Side Retreat, Silly Old Bear, and Delicate Dream collections. You can easily use the paper of your choice.

Inside 6″ x 5 ¼” score at 1 ½”, 3″, 4 ½” ( mechanism 2 of 2″ x ½” score at 1″)

Delicate Dream designer paper:
Print A: 3 ¾” x 5″ (front)
