Today I’m sharing a simple and fun fold card that can hold a gift card — or not! 🎁 This design works beautifully either way.
The magic happens when you open the card. As it opens, the center panel gently pulls out, creating a perfect spot to tuck in a gift card. If you prefer, you can also leave it as a decorative focal point instead.
This layout is also a great way to showcase your Designer Series Paper. I shared three different papers so you can see a variety of looks in the samples below.
Measurements
- Card base 8 ½” x 5 ½” score at 2 ¾”, 6 ¾”
- Layer card stock 2 ½” x 5 ¼” Pull inside 3 ¾” x 4 ¼” score at ½”
- Designer paper 2 ¼” x 5″, 2 ½” x 5 ¼”, 1 ½ x 5 ¼” and 3″ x 5 ¼ (this piece was added during the live video. This is the inside piece ***adhere before adhering the pocket). 1-¾” circle
- ***Front square 1 ¾” and 1 ½” Basic White 3 x 4

See the inside with or without the extra piece of designer paper. I personally like the look of the extra piece inside. It looks finished.
