If you don’t have a glass mat, you can always use a clear envelope or a mirror, the glass from a frame, although this glass mat is impressive in how it transfers the ink. See the video below.

Shadow or Reflection with the Wildlife Wonder

The transfer from the glass mat to the card stock is the perfect ink ratio for the shadow or reflection. It is the ideal amount of ink that transfers to the paper. In the video, I also explain the mirror technique with the silicon mat.

For the bear, I used the Pecan Pie ink.

Reflection of ground, grass. The color of the inks with the blending brush is Balmy Blue, Old Olive, and Crumb Cake.

Measurements

Balmy Blue 8-½ x 5-½ Card Base
Early Espresso 5 x 3-¾, ¾ x 4
Basic White top layer 4-¾ x 3-½, ½ x 3-¾

Reflection on the water. The color of the inks with the blending brush is Balmy Blue, Old Olive, and Crumb Cake, with Balmy Blue at the bottom.

On the top of this one, I used Night of Navy.
