Watercolor Melon With Frun Greeting Card Showcase
In the video, I share the difference between Poppy Parade, Melon Mambo, and Flirty Flamingo for the red of the melon.
For the rim, I try a few shades of green: Granny Apple Green, Shaded Spruce, Old Olive, and Garden Green. All are great. I would say it’s just like going to pick a watermelon. You will find many shades of green also mixed with yellow.
For the measurement above, the card base is 11 x 4-¼ scored at 5-½ or 8-½ x 5-½ scored at 4-1/4. Then, for the layer, I mix the sizes. There is no need to stress over the measurement. Just create the top layer and build from the top layer that measures 3-¼ x 4-½.
The following four cards are Note Cards. The same goes for the more cards in the layer. I just created my top layer and decided how many layers I wanted to add. Most of the top layers that I stamp are 2-¾ x 4-¼.
