Meandering Meadows Easy Fun Fold

Today, I am sharing the Meandering Meadows Easy Fun Fold. The designer paper is so beautiful that just adding a greeting, these fun folds stand out for all occasions. In short, you don’t have to be an expert or have special equipment to create beautiful greeting cards.

The cards I am sharing today are easy to create if you are a beginner or advanced in card making. These are perfect for all levels. The side openings make these interesting.

Meandering Meadows Showcase

The card base and ink are Pretty Peacock. The side strip on this one is the new release, Glitter Paper.

For the greeting strip, there is NO punch or die; it is simply stamping the greeting on a strip of card stock and cutting each end diagonally.

The card base and ink are Blueberry Bushel.

The card base and ink are Fresh Freesia.

Measurements:

Basic White Thick or Color Card: 8½ x 5½ score at 1, and 5¼ card base, ⅝ x 3.
If using a color card stock for the card base, add a piece of 4 x 5-¼ of basic white for the inside.
Small Side Panel strip of designer paper or cardstock ¾ x 5-¼.
Layer for the greeting ¾ x 3, ¾ x 5-¼.
Meandering Meadows Designer Paper 2 of 3 x 5-¼ (optional to add one inside if you choose not to add one inside)

Instructions:

Stamp the large greeting inside the card using the same color as the card stock.
Adhere one of the designer paper on the front panel and one inside to the left panel.
Embossed the strip of card stock with the Basic Embossing folder and adhered to the right front panel. (or use a strip of designer paper)
Stamp the small greeting to the ⅝ x 3 basic white. Cut each end diagonal.
Adhere to the colored card stock strip and cut each end diagonal about 1/8″ off the side of the basic white.
Add a few mini glue dots to the edge of the right-hand side of the layered greeting and adhere to the right panel.
