First, let me share my take of a Fun Fold called Inside Interlock.

The front of the card looks just like a typical stamping card but oh! wait till you open this card. That wow effect happens the minute you start opening the card. Boom you have the interlock magical card. 
So much fun making interactive cards and more fun for the recipient. 

The supplies list to create this card is listed at the bottom of the post. 

Measurement for the Interlock Card 

• Pale Papaya 8 x 5 ½ score at 4, 8 ½ x 5 ½ score at ½ and 4 ½
• Rich Razzleberry 5 ⅜ x 3 ⅞
• Very Vanilla 12 x 3 score at ½, 2, 5, 6, 7, 10, 11 ½.
  2 ⅞ x 1 ½, 1 ¾ x 2 ½.
• Expressions In Ink designer paper 3 of 3 ¾ x 5 ¼, 2 of 3 x 7/16 (this is just a little smaller than 1/2”)
• Petal Pink Organdy Ribbon 12”

This one is the same measurement and assembles the same the difference is the pass-through It is the Scalloped Contour. I would say that the straight edge for the pass-through is friendlier for the interlock.  With a scalloped edge the motion of opening and closing the cardstock get such in the scallops. 

This interlock fun fold will fit in an A-2 envelop but note that I could need an extra postage stamp due to the thickness. I checked with my postmaster and mine didn’t need any extra postage, it was on the borderline so it all depends on the thickness of your card stock and if you choose to add extra layers for sure you will need extra postage to mail.
