In this video, I share steps by step on how to create this lovely vintage Christmas card. It is a simple card but not a 5 minutes card due to all the little elements stamped and die-cut. Let me share all the detail.
Showcase of the Vintage Christmas Season Card
The elements on the vintage card are all part of the Christmas Season stamp set and die cut with the coordinate die call Seasonal Labels.
The greeting Merry Christmas is from the stamps set Heartfelt Wishes. This greeting stamp set is lovely with the long cursive writing. The Heartfelt Wishes is a stamp set of ten stamps, all in beautiful cursive writing.
Did you notice the rip card stock on this card? I love to rip the card stock for the vintage look. I know for some that are nerve-wracking to rip a beautiful card, but I truly think it adds more to the vintage look. It looks like this card has been around a long time, or you just found it in grandma’s treasure chest.
Can you guess what the song notes on the Merry Melody embossing folder are? It is Joy To The World song. I love this song, so I have been humming that song the entire time I’ve been writing this blog. Good thing you can’t hear me because I can NOT keep a tune. You would tell me to keep stamping and not to start a career in music. HAHA
Inside I stamped the greenery and the pinecones; in others, I stamped the hollies and berries.
