Timeless Tropical Sunset

Hello Friends,
This card will say it is time to relax and enjoy the scenery. The stamp set is the Timeless Tropical and I sponge an easy sunset. I designed this card for the Tutorial Medley group. I bet you will be surprise the colors that I use for the sunset. All betail below.

Measurements

So Saffron 11 x 4¼ score at 4¼ Card Base
Blackberry Bliss 5¼ x 4
Whisper White 5 x 3¾, 5¼ x 4 inside

Step by steps

Punch out a 1½” circle out of a Post It Note
Place the circle post-it note on to the 5 x 3¾ whisper white card stock off-center about 1” from the top.
Sponge the entire surface of the cardstock using calypso coral ink, lightly around the circle.
Sponge with Cherry Cobbler on the edge.
Remove the Post It note and sponge the entire surface with So Saffron ink.
Stamp the trees and thank you using Blackberry Bliss ink.
Using about 5” of the Scallop Lace Ribbon adhere at the bottom. Secure in the back.
Assemble the stamp/sponge piece to the Blackberry then onto the So Saffron card base.
Adhere the Glitter Gold Enamel dot onto the lace.
Stamp the edge of the 5¼ x 4 whisper white using the trees with Blackberry Bliss ink.
Adhere the piece inside.

I bet many will think I made a mistake in the color of ink. Well, that is correct Calypso Coral, Cherry Cobbler and So Saffron for the sponging. Before you judge your sponging skills let the ink settle and dry then you will see it look great. At first, it looks blotchy, and as it dries it gets smooth.
