The ribbon on the one above I used the Black Glittered Organdy. Oh! how perfect for Halloween project. This ribbon is very versatile. I sure love all that sparkle on this ribbon. Yes I said I love the sparkle. You know I am not a fan of the fine glitter but this ribbon is divine.

Measurements

The assemble coffin measure 2-1/8 x 3-7/8 x 1¼.
It is a great size for put goodies like candy, bits size chocolate bar and always place for some dollar bills for yoru favorites goblins.

  • Whisper White Tick card stock 5½ x 3 for the wicked die cut
  • Scrap of Silver Glitter for the spiders.

When you are out of glitter ribbon then it is time to see what else you have on hand that you could use. BOOM the Copper Trim was my choice so I stamped the spider web using the Copper Metallic ink. The metallic ink is pigment but I did NOT heat emboss it. This will take a little longer to dry due to the pigment. After you stamp with the metallic ink let it dry for a few minutes, about 5 to 7 minutes before you touch it. If you touch it right after you stamped image will smear. A little time to dry and all is good.

3 Tone Color Wicked

How to have 3 tone colors on the Wicked Die Cut.

For the 3 tone colors of the Wicked, I scribble some stamping blends on whisper white thick cardstock. From top to bottom using the brush tip: Pumpkin Pie, Granny Apple Green. All are the dark Stamping Blends. I color about 3 inch x 5½ inch. After I scribble on the whisper white then I die cut the wicked.
You may ask why color first and not the die cut. Well I found it much easier to color first with all the detail for the die cut plus it is much easier on the tip of the blends not scribbling on the edge of the cardstock.
