Technique Vintage Mother of Pearl. Using Glossy paper and Shimmer paint. All detail on my blog with video. Product by Stampin'Up! available at frenchiestamps.com

This was done on glossy paper. Glossy paper is gone but you can do this technique on shimmery white card stock. If using Shimmery White just be gentle on the sponging it will take the ink faster.
