It’s all about heat emboss overlay on buffalo check for a masculine card today. I love how striking this card turn out. So many possibility with this technique. I bet gold emboss would a been a great contrast also but white stand out perfect for this card.

Measurement
- Basic Black 8½ x 5½ score at 4¼
- Cherry Cobbler 5¼ x 4
- Whisper White 5¼ x 4, 4 x ¾
The measurement are the same for both cards. One is vertical and one horizontal. 
Tip of Heat Emboss Overlay
My best tip for this technique is make sure your first image stamp is DRY. Like for today the buffalo chip should a dry more before I apply the embossing power. The embossing buddy is very handy for this technique.
How to get a deep color of the buffalo check
I get many email about the buffalo check stamp that the image is not stamping smooth or the color is light. Due to the detail and the size of this stamp I strongly recommend the stamparatus and stamp about 3 to 4 time and VOILA! you have a deep image and color.

I am really loving the buffalo check background stamp! Also the ways you can turn it into plaid, with just a few extra lines. I use the straight stitched stamp from pocket full of sunshine.
