For today’s post, I’m sharing a very elegant card layout using a 6″ x 6″ Designer Series Paper with a wow effect. You can easily use a 12″ x 12″ paper as well—just cut it into four pieces.
This layout creates a big wow effect with a beautiful faux illusion when you look at it, yet it’s surprisingly simple to make. It uses only three strips of Designer Series Paper, making it perfect for highlighting your favorite patterns.
Step-by-step instructions on how to cut and assemble the 6 x 6 layout.

your measurement for the DSP should read 5 1/4″ not 5 3/4″. I like the design but would prefer to measure and score the lines. I made a card with the daffodil delight DSP and a daffodil head on two different sized circles on the middle front. I’d love to send you a picture but don’t know how unfortunately! I appreciate you sharing your designs and continue to follow you.
You are correct it is 5 ¼ I fix it 🙂 thank you for bringing that to my attention
