Today I’m sharing how to use the Peaceful Greenery 3D Embossing Folder for cards that work for any occasion! This folder is part of the Peace on Earth Suite on page 33 of the Holiday Catalog. However, it is not just for the holidays. The beautiful leafy design makes it perfect for birthdays, thank-you cards, sympathy cards, or just because.
For today’s project, I’m using a fun technique — adding color to the debossed side of the embossed cardstock. This gives a soft, artistic look that really makes the texture stand out.
Birthday Card with Peaceful Greenery Folder
This card, the ink on the background is Blackberry Bliss. This technique is best used a dark color ink. I shared a video last week or so for this technique; if you missed it, click here to view.
Color card stock for the base is Flirty Flamingo, and the embossed layer is Basic White.

The card base and the embossed layer are Very Vanilla, and the front has an extra layer is Gold Foil.
