How to make a Multi-Diamond Floating Card. This is an A2 Card that fits in the Stampin’Up! Regalur envelope. It doesn’t look very easy, but it is simple—just lots of layers, what I would call a 50-pound card.
Thank you to Janie S for the great inspiration. She sent me a lovely card from this designer last year or the year before, but it was a 5 x 7 size. I was afraid to try it because it looked so difficult, but it is easy. We label cards before giving them a try.
I have the video and measurements below, and I bet with both, you are in good hands to create your own.

Highland Heather Daisy Diamond Floating Showcase
Did you notice I called the showcase “Highland Heather Daisy” and not “Splendid Autumn”? The paper is called Splendid Autumn, but many prints like this one are great for spring and summer.

Scenery designer paper is great for the four panels in the back, but for the diamond “square,” I recommend a pattern that can be used in all directions. We can use plain cardstock and stamp on it, but if you do stamp, remember to stamp after you cut your square and place them diagonally to stamp on so it will flow on the layout.

Bird ‘s-eye view from the top.

The back of the card is where you can write your message.

When the card is closed, it will fit in an A2 envelope. It will be thick, so visit your postmaster to see how much postage is required.
Janie Large Multi-Diamond Floating Card
This is the beautiful card that Janie sent me last birthday or the birthday before. It is so lovely. She knows how much I love fall, and that paper was the perfect choice.
