Here’s a quick and easy way to create a beautiful greeting card using Mix Label Dies, Nests of Winter Designer Series Paper (DSP), and Petal Park Punch for embellishments. Perfect for a handmade touch!
A-2 Size Quick and Easy Greeting Cards

Creating a beautiful handmade card doesn’t have to take hours. With this simple design using Mix Label Dies, squares of Remain Designer Series Paper, and a few Petal Park embellishments, you can whip up a gorgeous greeting card in less than 15 minutes!
Perfect for last-minute birthdays, thank-yous, or just because.
Quick. Easy. Elegant. ✨
I try something new today, and I am IMPRESSED. I tried CHATGPT to write part of my blog; the technology is fantastic. I talk to the computer very little, and it gives me instructions amazingly. Let me know what you think.
🛠 Step-by-Step Instructions:
Prepare Your Card Base
Cut an 11″ x 4.25″ piece of cardstock and score it at 5.50″ to fold it into a standard A2 card.
Layer the DSP On to 3.75″x 5 Basic White.
Choose coordinating square pieces of Remain DSP (around 1.25″ x 1.25″ or 1.5″ x 1.5″).
Arrange or layer them in a grid or diamond pattern across the card front. Stick them down flat or pop a couple up with dimensionals for interest.
Die-Cut the Sentiment Label
Use the Mix Label Dies to cut a label shape from a coordinating cardstock.
Stamp your sentiment (e.g., “Thinking of You” or “Happy Birthday”) onto the label. The stamp set is Simply Said.
Stamp & Punch Petal Park Flowers
Stamp flowers and leaves from the Petal Park set onto cardstock scraps using your favorite ink colors.
Punch them out using the coordinating punch.
Assemble the Card
Adhere the label onto the card front over the DSP squares.
Cluster the Petal Park flowers around the label using glue dots or dimensionals.
Add Embellishments (optional)
Add pearls, rhinestones, or ribbon for that finishing touch!
🎨 Design Tip:
Use DSP with subtle patterns if your sentiment and flowers are bold—or vice versa—to keep balance and focus.
I think what technology can do is amazing. The step-by-step are right on!
