Shining Down on the Shepherd’s Care is an excellent card for Christmas.
There are two techniques for this card: embossed resist and whitewash. I have the video below to show you how to do it.

The star is embossed with white powder, and the Shepherd is embossed in copper.
This one, the star, and Shepherd are embossed in white on Balmy Blue. Yes, it is the one I made a mistake in the video, but after all, it looks great. The ink is Night Of Navy.
Inside the card, I added a layer of the same color as the card base, which is very vanilla or basic white. Stamp the greeting in Night of Navy and the Shepherd in Copper Clay.
