Stamp On The Go With Greatest Adventure

Are you looking for a last-minute card? Check out this design, which uses only White card stock and three ink pads. The stamp set is Greatest Adventure.

Something about this card gets my attention. I’m not sure if it is the simplicity or what, but I love this card.

Measurement

Well, it doesn’t get any simpler than these measurements.

Basic White 8 ½” x 5 ½” score at 4 ¼” card base.
Basic White layer 5 ¼” x 4”

Instructions:

On the Basic White layer, stamp the train using Black Memento ink.
Place the layer on a Glass Mat and brush Balmy Blue ink on all four sides. Brush Smokey Slate ink at the top and half bottom on each side.
Stamp the greeting on the bottom right using Black Memento ink.
Adhere layer to the card front.

Using the glass mat makes it easy to add the brush color to the edge of the layer. I shared this technique with the telescope card last month. If you missed the video, CLICK HERE to view it. The glass mat has a big impact on how smooth the ink brush is on the layer.
