How to mix the Expression Of Kindness and Thoughtful Journey
In this video, I shared the beauty and simplicity of the Expressions of Kindness kit, alternated two cards with a fun fold, and used the stamp set from the kit with the Thoughtful Journey paper.
Kit with two extra Peekaboo Fun Fold
The kit includes all the products (just a pair of scissors to cut the ribbon) to create eight cards, four of each of the two designs. I used one of each design card to create Peekaboo cards. I added extra cardstock to make two more Peekaboo cards with the split cut-out.
Here are the five cards I created with the Thistle design. I cut one of the cards diagonally and used the cut-out to create another peekaboo fold.
Measurements for the Peekaboo card base
- Blackberry Bliss 11 x 4-¼ cut diagonal. ***Keep the cut-out to add to the card kit peekaboo card.
- Lost Lagoon 4 x 5-¼ cut diagonal and emboss with Distressed Tile folder.
Measurement for the inset flip
- Lost Lagoon 8-½ x 3 score at 4-¼
- Blackberry Bliss, 2 of 4 x 2-¾ *front, embossed with Distressed Tile Folder.
- Basic White 3-¾ x 2-½

- Lost Lagoon 11 x 4-¼ cut diagonal. ***Keep the cut-out to add to the card kit peekaboo card.

- Blackberry Bliss 8-½ x 3 score at 4-¼
- Lost Lagoon 2 of 4 x 2-¾ *front, embossed with Distressed Tile Folder.

Stamping On The Thoughtful Journey Paper
The kit includes a stamp set. The stamp set includes a stamp for the details of the Thistle flower. Check the paper on the left without stamping and the one on the right is stamped with the Thistle stamp. It is amazing what a little stamp can add to an image.
These two prints from the Thoughtful Journey paper coordinate perfectly with the stamp set in the Expressions On Kindness. A pack of paper contains 4 of each design.
