I am sharing the Fragrant Forest For All Occasions this month for my Christmas Year Round. Most months, I use an everyday stamp set and create a Christmas card. I use a set from the Holiday Catalog this month, but it is very versatile. This set is fantastic for so many occasions, including masculine.
I can’t believe this is the 35th month in a row that I share a Christmas card each month. Most use a daily stamp set to stretch the value and create a Christmas card. Some months, I reverse the scenario; I use a Holiday set and create an everyday card. I have all the past months listed at the bottom.
Fragrance Forest For All Occasions, Winter and Summer.
In the video, I share how to create how I create the summer view and the winter view for all occasions and Christmas. In short, this set is excellent for all four seasons.
Christmas Card With Fragrant Forest
Don’t you want to walk in this forest and cut a fresh tree for this Christmas? Oh! The smell of a fresh tree is the best! In the video, I share how I created the snow look. It’s so simple to make.
Measurements
- Basic White 8-½ x 5-½ score at 4-¼. 4 x 5-¼, Hexagon and Oval Punch Out and 4 x 5-¼ for inside
- BoHo Blue 4-⅛ x 5-⅜ , Scallop Oval
Fragrant Forest For Masculine Birthday
I love this stamp for a masculine card. I added the Deer from Grove die set. That deer is a fantastic touch for a masculine card.
Measurements
- Shaded Spruce 8-½ x 5-½ score at 4-¼, Scallop Oval punch out.
- Crumb Cake 4-⅛ x 5-⅜, Hexagon and Oval Punch Out, and 5-¼ x 1/4.
- Basic White 2 of 4- x 5, one for the front and one inside.
- Pecan Pie Deer Die-cut
At The Foot Hill Birthday Card
Suppose I have any ready here from Laramie, WY. Don’t you agree that is the view of the Snowy? Dirt below and snow above. Well, I will add the look before the beetle kills. This is the one I shared in the video to show how to do the dirt and snow, and I mentioned I would probably make a card. Well, the more I looked at this, the more I was at the foothills in Laramie. 🙂
This one, June Dunn, inspired me. It is stamped with Pretty Peacock, and the dirt is the same as above. Now, it is an extra step on this card to get the trees vivid. Take a VersaMark pad, tap all over the stamped image layer, add clear embossing powder and heat emboss. Wow, this technique brings the trees to life. Thanks, June, for the inspiration.
I stamped the Happy Birthday with Pretty Peacock heated, embossed it with clear powder, and then highlighted it with Crumb Cake Stampin’Blends. I used the Stampin’ Blends around to make it stand out.
