How To Create Patchwork On A Greeting Card
In the video, I share how to create Faux Patchwork on a greeting card. Also, I have some extra tips along the way. How to ink a single stamp using tree colors, frame an opening in the center of a card, and more. Come check out everything I share for yourself to create a fun greeting card.
Patchwork In Red, White, And Blue
The stamp set I used for this card is the Inked & Tiles. Note that there are NO dies that match this stamp set. If you dislike to hand-cut stamp images, I would recommend that you use a flower set that you do have matching dies. Here are some ideas for other stamps with long flowers: Sending Smiles, Quiet Medow, Color, and Contor, to name a few. You can also use a different element than flowers on the card. I am planning to do one with the Hey, Chuck.
I embossed the background using the Basic Embossing Folder for the red, white, and blue cards. The basic embossing folder is an Online Exclusive product. You can order below.

For the daisy card, I added an extra layer to the background.
