Adorable Owls With Aspen Tree Dies showcase
For both of these cards, I share the how-to in the video. On the card above, I use a dauber and ink some crumb cake and smoky slate on the tree trunk, and the one below is plain.
This is the quick card. The background is the Enjoy The Journey designer paper, and the top layer is die-cut from Very Vanilla paper. The only stamping is the greeting and the little owl.
After the live, I did the insert inside the card. But, of course, I couldn’t pass up the cute little owl with the birthday hat.
Measurements
- Very Vanilla 11 x 4-¼ score at 5-½ card base.
- Middle layer 4 x 5-¼ Vanilla or Designer Pape
- Very Vanilla top layer that I die cut the aspen trees 4 x 5-¼
- Scrap Very Vanilla for the owls
Adorable Owls And The Cloud Punch
This cute card background is made with Masking Paper and the Cloud Punch. I also explain I’ve done this one in the video.

- Basic White 8-12 x 5-½ score at 4-¼, 5 x 3-¾, scrap for the owls
