I am sharing how to create the Framing and Adding Color to Celebrate Sunflowers cards. These cards only use a card base, so there are no layers.
With so many great tips I shared in the video, I bet you will find this card simple to create. You can change the greeting to suit the occasion you need a card. The Go To Greetings stamp set is an excellent set for style cards.

Tip Video for The Framing and Adding Color to Celebrate Sunflowers
In the video, I share tips on the easy ways to add color to sunflowers, color frames, faux framing, and much more.
Framing Sunflowers
The sunflower is some I color in Highland Heather, Melon Mambo, Daffodil Delight, Coastal Cabana, Cherry Cobbler… But, don’t stop at yellow, for the big sunflower is beautiful in many different color tones.
Each card base is out of Thick Basic White, 11 x 4 ¼ score at 5 ½ or 8 ½ x 5 ½ score at 4 ¼. The single frame in the center of the card is 4 ¼ x 2 ¾.
After so many colors, my favorite combo is the card below—Center in Soft Sueded and Daffodil Delight and most of the petals in Melon Mambo. I mix the Daffodil Delight with the Melon Mambo, and I love the look of these colors.
For the double frame, the window sheet, the small one is 4 x 2 ½, and the large one is 4 ¼ x 2 ¾.
For the color frame, using a window sheet 5 ½ x 4 ¼, nest the Stitched Rectangle 4 ¾ x 3 ½ and 2 ⅝ x 4. In the video, I share tips on cutting the window sheet and using the dauber to add color to the frame.
