Are you looking for a simple layout for mass production for your Christmas card? I have a Simple Christmas card with Peace To You stamp set that is perfect for mass production in a timely matter.
I did a few hundred of these style cards for my Christmas cards this year, and I still like the style even after so many. So many times, after a few dozen, I can’t wait to be done with the repetition of cards, but this one was different. Each time I stamped Mary, Joseph, and Baby, it made me think of the true meaning of Christmas.
Tip video to create some simple Christmas cards with Peace To You stamp set.
In the video below, you will find great tips to mass produce Christmas cards with the stamp set Peace To You. For the inside of the cards, I use the stamp set Brightest Glow and more tips on how to stamp two greetings in one setting. In short, this video is loaded with stamping tips. Come check it out by clicking on the play button.
Card with the church image
For the church image, I try a few backgrounds. Some I left the background plain, some are embossed, and some stamped the marble background out of the Artistically Inked stamp set.
On the top card, the background is plain. The window is colored with the dark So Saffron stampin’ blends. I love the yellow in the window; it looks like the light is on. (church in session)
The background is embossed with the Quatrefoil Tile embossing folder in this one. A double bow with the Starry Sky Metallic Woven Ribbon adheres on the left-hand side.
Here the background is with the Artistically Inked stamp set, stamped using Smoky Slate. The trees are colored with Old Olive and the windows with So Saffron Stampin’ blends.
All cards are stamped with Starry Sky ink, exception for the marble background. The greeting and image are all with the same color Starry Sky.
Joseph, Mary, and Baby
These are the ones that I did a few hundred for my Christmas cards.
The greetings and the image are all stamped with the Starry Sky ink except the marble stamped in Smoky Slate.
I use the SU700 Stampin’ Blends in the Natural Tones to color the skin. Many will ask how many Stampin’ Blends I use to color hundreds of these cards. Not even one stampin’ blend… after that many cards, my blend was still coloring beautifully. When coloring little spots like these, you barely touch the paper, so not much ink is used.
The greeting inside is two sets from the Brightest Glow stamp set. In the video, I shared how I mounted both stamps on one block. Two stamps that I stamped together to save time.
On the star at the top right-hand side, I added a Rhinestone. Little bling for Christmas is just what this card needed for the final touch.
