Last month I shared tips to create with the Specialty Linen paper. Today it is the result of the Tie-Die on Linen Specialty Paper. If you miss the tip video, I have it below, and I set it to start right at the tie-die.
For the Tie-die, I prefer to use 91% Isopropyl Alcohol over water. The reason the Alcohol dries faster than water is because the adhesive still adheres perfectly even with the saturated alcohol.
Tip video for the Linen Specialty paper.
This is a longer video than my weekly video. I share many tips to create with the Linen Specialty paper from stamping, Tie-Die, Silhouette, etc. I set the video so it will start at the tie-die section but feel free to rewind and watch all the fun techniques with the linen paper.
Linen Tie-Die Card Showcase
For the tie-die, I try different color combos. My favorite is Melon Mambo, Bermuda Bay, and Daffodil Delight.
For the best result, I spritz the linen paper first with 91% alcohol in the spritzer, then with the water painter brush with alcohol and ink, NOT water; add drops to the linen paper. Let dry, remove the backing and adhere to card stock (I use white thick card stock). Finally, you can emboss with a folder and die-cut with dies; see cards below.

The greeting on the blackberry bliss is stamped with Versamark and heat embossed with white powder.
