Sharing a card with two of my favorite papers. Here is a Combination Of Brushstroke And Hues Of Happiness Paper. This card is very simple but elegant with that shimmer on the beautiful Brsuhstock specialty paper.
You can find the paper on page 139 of Stampin’Up! 2022-23 annual catalog. It comes in a pack of 3 sheets of 12 x 12—one of each color. The colors are Blushing Bride, Soft Succulents, and Night Of Navy. For today’s card, I use all three colors.
Brushstroke and Hues Of Happiness Card
If you need a card at the last minute, today’s card is perfect for a card on the go. It is so simple but so elegant. Unfortunately, the picture doesn’t do justice to show off the beauty of the Brushstroke paper.
Measurements:
- Basic White 5 ½ x 8 ½ score at 4 ¼ card base.
- Brushstroke: Blushing Bride, Night of Navy 2 ½ x 4, Soft Succulent ½ x 4 and 2 ½ x 6.
- Hues of Happiness cut out one flower.
Instructions:
- Adhere the Blushing Bride Brushstroke at the 1/8 from the top and the Night Of Navy 1/8 from the bottom of the card front. Then, adhere to the strip of Soft Succulent in between.
- Out of the 2 ½ x 6 Soft Succulents, punch out 2 of the Bough Punch.
- Adhere two of the leaves and one of the buds on the left of the Soft Succulent strip. The extra bud adheres inside.
- Adhere the Hues Of Happiness flower using dimensionals.
- Stamp the Happy Birthday using Stazon ink.
