I have a fun Stamping One Sheet Wonder with the After the Storm and more stamps for you today. Out of this One Sheet Wonder, I made 7 simple cards.
Ruth inspired me at Artfulstampin With Ruth from the UK. I was so impressed with her variation of One Sheet Wonder that I call her the “Queen of One Sheet Wonder.” It has been a long time since I did a stamping One Sheet Wonder, but after seeing Ruth, I was determined to get at it again.
I was so excited to use the After the Storm stamp set for this one sheet wonder that I when live on Youtube to share. I have the recording of that video to share with you all in case that you miss it. Also, all supplies and detail to cut the paper are listed below.
Stamping One Sheet Wonder video.
This video was recorded live back in June. You can view the replay to see how I created this one sheet wonder and made 7 simple cards out of that one sheet.
One Sheet Wonder before cutting for cards.
This is the Stamping One Sheet Wonder final sheet before I cut it to make 7 cards. To get 7 cards, here how I cut my 12 x 12 sheet.
- Cut in strips of 4″ x 12″, total 0f 3 strips.
- Each strip of 4 x 12 cut in increment of 5¼. Total of 6 of 5¼ x 4 and a remaining of 3 of 4″ x 1½”.
The card base is 8½ x 5½, score at 4¼, color layer 5-3/8 x 4/1/8. The top of the card is the One Sheet wonder 5¼ x 4 for 6 cards, and one of the cards is using all 3 pieces of 4 x 1½. This is what I call simple.
Seven Card With One Sheet Wonder
Here the two sets of the One Sheet Wonder finish on cards. The first 2 that I didn’t think to make cards with the 1½ x 4 strips, but in the video, I did, so now it is no wast all is used on cards.
A few close up of finished cards.
This one is the #7 that one using the 1½ x 4 strips. I love this, so washing any paper when you can create a beautiful card with scrap paper?
The picture below is the final result of the One Sheet Wonder from the video.

So glad to see you post this Frenchie! When I saw it the other day I loved it so much that I got busy making one too! (I’ve actually done a few now!) 😉 This is so amazing! When I did mine, I thought it looked messy until I cut it up…Magically I made spectacular cards! I used 8 1/2″ x 11″ cardstock though because I didn’t have the 12″ x 12″. So, it made 4 cards! Maybe this could be one of your challenges doing this One Sheet Wonder with current stamps…or one of your swaps! Have a great weekend!
Frenchie,
I absolutely Love the one sheet wonder idea! I am thrilled that you put out a video on how to do this. It truly looks like a lot of fun and it comes out so wonderfully. When I first saw your post on this (before watching the video) I saw the paper and thought WOW what beautiful DSP paper I want to get some of that!! Then I realized you created it which meant I could do the same!! Again thank you for your videos I am always inspired by them. Some days I wish I could skip work and just stamp, stamp, stamp all day long. 😍
