These big oval punch art flowers are a great way to use scraps of designer paper laying around in your craft room.

In this video, I share tips for the big flower with the double oval punch. Also, I share my secret template on how to fold the ovals for the petals. By making a template will save you lots of time and frustration.

Showcase of the Punch Art Flower With Double Oval Punch
Both of the flowers are with Hand-Penned designer paper. It is such a nice variation of color in this pack of paper.
This flower is using the pint in the Daffodil Delight and Pale Papaya. The center of the Flower is So Saffron.
This one is Blushing Bride and Highland Heather.
No matter the print you use in the Hand-Panned designer paper is a great fit for these big flowers.
Oval Punch-Out for ONE big flower.
- Print #1 4 double ovals punch out (4 small and 4 large) fold the side.
- Print #1 8 large scallop oval *NOT folded.
- Print #2 4 double ovals punch out (4 small and 4 large) fold the side.
Circle to build the flower. Cardstock in the coordinate color of the designer paper, 1″ circle for the top, embossed with Tasteful Textile embossing folder, 1½” for small oval,s and 1¾ for the big ovals.
The card base is the Hand-Penned Memories and More cards. The size of these cards is 6¼ x 4¼. The pack of cards includes the decorated envelopes. The size is friendly to mail no need for extra postage (that is, if you do NOT add lots of layer or thickness)
