Let me show you how to make a beautiful ocean scenery patchwork greeting card with the Tailored Tag punch and Sailing Home stamp set. These look intrigued however you will see in the how-to video they are manageable. 

For the amazing ocean scenery, I combine two stamp sets, Sailing Home and Timeless Tropical. These two stamp sets are a great mixture for this ocean scenery card. I would say they belong together.

Tailored Tag Punch Patchwork Step By Step Video 

Ready to learn how to make the patchwork card with the tailored tag punch. I will show you step by step in this video. 

Tailored Tag Punch Patchwork Card 

A total of thirteen basic white tailored tags is needed for this card. Adhered the tags to a piece of 5½ x 4¼ Balmy Blue cardstock. The stamping and sponging are done AFTER the tags are glued to the Balmy Blue layer. You may be wondering how to stamp and sponging with all the opening and keeping it clean. Well, trust me it works great like mention above all is shown in the video. 

Coloring with stampin’ blends 

For the lighthouse and sailboat, I used the stampin’ blends to color. 

Ocean Scenery 

For the scenery, I started with the sponging of the clouds using a mask that I die cut with the Basic Borders. For the ocean, I tear a piece of copy paper for the making of the water. The clouds and water are both sponged with Balmy Blue ink and the blending brush. The sand I sponge with crumb cake ink. 

After the sponging is complete stamp set trees and the birds. Adhere the sailboat, lighthouse, and banner using dimensional.

Measurement 

• Basic White 8½ x 5½ score at 4¼ card base.
  13 tailored tags,
  3½ x 4 for the lighthouse and sailboat, 
  scrap for the banner. 
• Balmy Blue 5½ x 4¼
