Today it is the Country Road on the go. These card are very simple.
I bet for many of you it is “Déjà Vu” Well if you place an order in March this was the thank YOU cards that I send first part of April.

I did stamp these cards way back in August last year when I was in Wyoming camping. Yes I stamp most of my Thank YOU card while camping. That is the best time I can mass produce cards while camping. It is no distraction plus I can not just sit and do nothing. If am not going on a walk or chase the dogs around, I will sit, stamp and enjoy the nature. It is what I call a peaceful day. While I stamps Brett will be fishing so we both enjoy the quietness and nature. Now I am due to go camping. I am out of my stash of Thank YOU cards so I need to get out camping in the wilderness and stamp.
Sample Stamping
These are so simple 2 color cardstock, ink and one stamp set. I stamp the grass using Old Olive and the wagon wheel, star and greeting in Gray Granite. That’s simple 1,2,3 it is done.
The greeting on this card is one of the best saying in my stamp collection. “Nothing’s better than the wind at your back, the sun on your face and your family by your side.” that was exactly how it was when I stamped these card. I had the entire family up in the foot hills in Wyoming while we were camping and I stamped these cards.
Measurements
- Very Vanilla 8½ x 4¼ score at 5¼ card base, top layer 5 x 3¾
- Gray Granite 5¼ x 4
With simple layer and very little supplies needed for this card, you can see why I call this stamp on the go. You can make lots in very little time.
Some I sponge the bottom with Old Olive to get more depth.

This is about the same design but I added the boots in the Country Livin’ and more colors. Note that the Country Livin’ Stamp set is only available while supplies last. I think both of this set should be married together. They are the perfect match.
