Hello Stampers,
 All about tips for the rectangle Stitched framelits. If you have long framelite like the rectangle these tips will come handy. The more that I use these framelits the more possibility I found. Also in the video I share how to measure for your card stock so you can finish with 2 piece one frame and one rectangle.

Bad Way, Good Way 

Here the picture to show you the right way to use the stitched rectangle framelits in the big shot. When placing the framelits on the big shot platform lay on the long way to go in, so this way it will cut better and get all the stitch all around. 

Measurement for open frame 

Here the easy way to do the math to have equally frame. 
First measure the die and increase the paper to

• 1/4 frame increase paper by 1/2 inch 
• 1/2 frame increase paper by 1″ 
• 3/4 frame increase paper by 1¼ 
• 1″ frame increase paper by 2″ 

Here below I have 2 sample. 

The one on the left the frame is ½”. The die measure 2¾ x 4-1/8, to get a frame of ½”, I needed to increase my size paper of 1″ always DOUBLE the amount of the size of the frame you want, not the double the size od the die but the frame size. 
On the left my frame is ¼ so I increase by ½”. The die measure 2 x 3-3/8 the card stock will be ½ bigger so 2½ x 3-7/8. 
When cutting just lay the rectangle in the center of the card stock and Voila you have 2 piece that you can use without any wast.
