Hello Stampers,
If you love to decorate for all seasons this frame will get your attention. I was inspired by Sandy Calson for the home frame then I added the season to it.
How cool it is when you have a decoration that goes all year and will match each season. The beauty of this frame is that only the element of the season that need to be change. This is so simple each element is on Velcro. Note that in the video I did the elements with brad. After the video was done BAM I thought of the Velcro, it’s even better no need to remove it from the wall just remove and Velcro another element depending on the season.
You can find the video on my You Tube Channel of below in this post. Note that this video was recorded live.
White Frame
The white framing I used the Tin Tile for the background emboss. All is show in the video. The layers I used the Smoky Slate.
This one is 5 x 7 opening frame.
Elements for the 4 seasons
Winter, the limited edition Snowfall thinlits, Summer and Spring, Daisy Punch. Fall, Seasonal Layers Thinlits.
Some for both frame I just switch the paper. The winter from I use whisper white and smoky slate. The black/crumb cake I use Copper and basic black.
For the fall leaf I sponge the bold leaf with Cajun Craze, Crushed Curry and Old Olive.
Above you can see the elements for all seasons. Below is how I adhere the Velcro for quick and simple way to change the decor elements.
Copper and Black frame
The black frame is for a opening of 8 x 10. After I was done it was something missing so I added a extra layer.

Hi Frenchie! I’ve been in a couple of homes where they have a large long plank of wood with the word HOME on it hanging on a wall. Of course, where the “O” would be they have a seasonal wreath in that spot. Well, I really like that, but I don’t think I would want such a large plaque because I really don’t know where I’d hang it. Using a picture frame & the large letter framelits dies with a flower, leaf & snowflake in place of the “O” would be more to my liking since it won’t take up a large area on a wall. Thanks for sharing this great idea & for your tips to make this!
How beautiful.
