 Now It’s a Happy Celebration for one of my teammates. Lynne celebrated her 10th anniversary on our team/Stampin’Up! family and this is the card I send her well that was a few months ago.
 Now that both set are retiring I am thinking these 2 set would be  excellent to have in your collection. They are perfect for any type of anniversary or birthdays.  
Stamp set are Happy Celebration and Number of Year that coordinate with the Large Letter Framelits. All 3 make a anniversary card very simple and quick. 

Measurement 
-Wisteria Wonder 8½ x 5½ score at 4¼ card base 
-Elegant Eggplant 5¼ x 4 
-Shimmer White 2 of  5 x 3¼ 

For the background I use the circle in the Happy Celebration and stamp randomly with Pink Pirouette an Blushing Bide, look like a designer paper but all stamped. 
The numbers I die cut out of Wisteria Wonder and color with Wink of Stella to get that shimmer look on the number. 
I used the Glimmer paper for the back layer of the banner, I cut it in half so half at the top, half at the bottom so it give you a bigger banner for layer.
