Today Party Panda is super quick and easy.
Measurement
-Whisper White note card 7 x 5 fold in half 3½ x 5 *note cards come pre score and with envelopes
-Whisper White 3¼ x 4¾, scrap for the Panda
-Watercolor paper scrap for the balloon
On the watercolor paper spritz some water and then sprinkle Brusho. I use the Prussian Blue and the Mossy then spritz some water again and let dry completely before you attempt to punch out the balloon, if it is NOT dry it will just rip the paper. These balloon look like mylar balloon.
I stamp the Panda on the Whisper White 4¾ x 3¼ then again on the whisper white scrap paper cut out the one that you stamp on the scrap and adhere with stampin’ dimensional at the top of the other one, just offset a little so you see a shadow and look more 3-D. On the back of the balloon adhere a piece of Backer Twin and adhere into the card with dimensional and wrap the backer twin around is little paw then trim the excess. Adhere to card front and stamp the Happy Birthday using Island Indigo. VOILA!
