Hello Friends
Simple watercolor but tricky a little. I use the regular Stampin’Up! ink that is water base ink. I love to use this set in many color and still be able to watercolor. So in the video I will explain how to use water ink for the base and still be able to water color more color in the stamped image. Sound confusing but trust me it all explain in the video.
I have a video for you that you can find at the bottom of my blog post today on my blog HERE. ***If you are getting my post by e mail some server will NOT include the video so make sure to visit my blog to get all detail or you can always find my video on my You Tube Channel.
For the base I use Whisper White note card
Measurement
-Whisper White Note Card 7 x 5
-Watercolor paper or Shimmer White 3-3/8 x 4-7/8
All supplies are listed at the bottom for easy reference and one click to order. (All in the USA can shop in my online store and I sure appreciate all of your support)
Here a few tips that I think is important for this technique.
-After stamping wait a few minute to do the water coloring EXCEPT if you wish to blend the words that should be blend right after you stamp white the ink still wet well not set. All the mix color like the Old Olive for the leaves and Daffodil Delight for the flower wait a few minutes.
-Using the Stamp-A-Ma-Jig to stamp a second time on the watercolor paper after the coloring is done.
