Can you say fun card I sure think so and thanks to Verna for sending me a picture that she found on pinterest and the creature was from Lezard De Cilou a french demo. Verna ask if I could make a video on how to make a similar card and of course I took the challenge and after finish this card right away I was thinking “outhouse” so stay tune latter I will have my own version of this but diagonal so it look like a outhouse 🙂 I have a video for you that you can find at the bottom of my blog post today on my blog HERE. ***If you are getting my post by e mail some server will NOT include the video so make sure to visit my blog to get all detail or you can always fin my video on my You Tube Channel.

I listed all supplies at the bottom well I didn’t list the watercolor pencil because they are out of stock at this time but you still can make your card and color the chick with the aqua painter and ink. Measurement
– smoky slate 2 of 5½ a 4¼ *stamp the hardwood in smoky slate or Basic gray
*cut into strip
2 @ 1 x 5¼, 2 @ ½ x 4, 2 @ ½ x 3¼, 2 @ 1 x ½, 1 @ 4½ x 3¼
-Cherry Cobbler 11 x 4¼ score at 5½ card base
-shimmer white 5¼ x 4 *stamp the chick goes in the coop
-Whisper White 5¼ x 4 inside card base
Now with the video an these measurement you should be in good hand to make yours save these measurement for the next video next week for the outhouse some measurement will just do some trimming.

Clever card! What set is the hello stamp from?
This is so stinkin' cute. I had pet chickens as a kid and teen! One of the many things I love about you is your enthusiasm and excitement over projects. You haven't lost the “child” in you! I chose the chicken set with my last order…I am so happy to be a Frenchie customer and can't wait to make this card.

This card is adorable. We had chickens as when I was growing up and I remember having to feed them and gather the eggs. So long ago, but it doesn't hurt to reminisce. Thanks for sharing.
