Floating ink with Rose Wonder

Wrong title it should a be The New with the Old. Do you remember the technique the Floating Re-inker? If not or if so you will love this set Rose Wonder for this technique. Jill a team member share a project she was working on and it was this set with this technique and I was in ahhhhh all over again just like the first time I saw this technique. This technique work great on fine line stamp and this rose is perfect. If you don’t recall that video from way back in 2011 CLICK HERE to see how to make this technique, just note that in the video I emboss with white embossing powder and today I use gold embossing powder. The ink that I use for the rose is Rose Red and for the leaves I use Pear Pizzazz. After I let dry my flower and cut in out I adhere it on Very Vanilla 8½ x 5½ fold in half. The Hello is from the card kit Watercolor Wishes page 80 you can see the stamp set but only come in the card kit on page 155 #140406 that set is awesome, love all the greeting it include, the font are all different and beautiful plus the card kit is great so a good kit to get, then you have the stamp set for many other use. The little dots in the background is from the Timeless Texture stamp set that you will see lots of use with that set on my blog, this set is on my desk and will not go on the shelve for a long time it the perfect filler set and much more. **the Rose need to be stamp and emboss on Shimmer White Card stock reg card stock will not work with this technique.

This is the pretty rose that Jill share, that got me to do this technique again, how pretty her colors are she use Blackberry Bliss, Rich Razzleberry and Melon Mambo what a pretty combo!
