Hello stampers
OH! can you say adorable!!!! Yes this is so dang cut. My friend Cindy B from Hawaii gave me this little cut tag well it was attach to a bag with some lovely Hawaiian lotion but the bag got smash in my luggage but I was able to save the tag. This is perfect for a tag but can easily be apply on a card. She use the set Snow Place and some punch I listed all supplies at the bottom.
Here are the measurement
-Chocolate Chip 2½ x 4¼
-crumb cake 2 x 4
-real red 2¼ x 2½
-whisper white 2 x 2¼
-soft sky ½ x 2¾
For the little dress I would guess that she use the 1½ circle punch and punch again the top for the little loop then using the fringe scissor to make the look of the grass skirt. I think she is the most adorable Hawaiian Penguin.
