Hi Friends! Tina here, back with another Passport Pals post for you! Today’s card was an experiment that I wanted to try and I’m happy to say it worked! I had never used the blendabilities or white gel pen on window sheets and wasn’t sure if they would work – they did!
First I cut my centre from Whisper White card using Project Life Cards and Labels framelits and then cut a piece of window sheet to fit behind it. I stamped Bearing Gifts using black stazon onto the window sheet and then flipped it over to colour the back of it using my blendabilities markers. The polar bear is coloured with a white gel pen, which worked great! It just had to be set aside a few moments to dry. I then used white stazon to stamp some stars and snow from the White Christmas and Holiday Invitation stamp sets.
Before I adhered the window sheet to the card, I cover the front of the card with versamark in irredescent ice and heat embossed it – love the shimmery effect! I then used my snail adhesive to attach my window sheet. I cut another piece of whisper white card stock 5 1/2 by 4 1/4 and adhered it behind the window sheet using stampin’ dimensionals. A bow made with the Lost Lagoon ribbon and a tag for the sentiment finished it off.
