Time for a wow technique, this is one that need to be seen to see how cool it is and how the color are so vivid. This is done on watercolor paper yes you can do whisper white card stock but the watercolor paper give a extra texture. You will see in the video how simple it is to make. Other then Stampin’Up! product that I list at the bottom you will need a iron to make this Emboss Iron Off technique.
