Hi Friends! Tina here, back with another Christmas project for our Passport Pals. I’ve been making lots of ornaments this month and one of my favourites are the ones I’ve made using our Rosette die from Stampin’ Up! These are fast and easy to put together and once you make one you’ll definitely want to make more! On an earlier post on my blog this week I features a Rosette ornament with the video which you can see HERE. I made a few different variations of this ornament too:
To make the ornament shown above I used Designer Series Paper from the Trim the Tree pack as well as All is Calm. To embellish I used a Vintage Faceted Button which I glued onto a couple pieces of the same paper which I had cut with the 1 1/4″ Scallop Circle punch.
This rosette was embellished with a flower I created with the 1 3/4″ Scallop Punch. First I used the Typeset Speciality Designer Series Paper stacking 5 pieces together and then 5 pieces of Whisper White card stock which I first stamped with the Everything Eleanor stamp set using Cherry Cobbler. Then I took the stamped pieces and adhered them with a silver brad and scrunched each layer. A Cherry Cobbler bakers twine bow finished it off.
This last ornament was made using leftover pieces from the Many Merry Stars Simply Created Kit!
I hope you enjoyed today’s projects – click HERE to see what Frenchie has in store for you on my blog.
