Hi Friends! Tina here, back with another guest post on Frenchie’s blog for our “Passport Pals”. We’re both enjoying the Stampin’ Up! Convention in Salt Lake City this week but we didn’t forget about sharing projects with you!
Today’s card was an experiment, to be honest. I had heard that you could use the Blendabilities Markers (pg 212 Annual Catalogue) over a stamped image that had been embossed in white! And it works!
To make this card I used the “Hey There Buds” stamp set & inked it with Versamark . Then I stamped it on Basic Black Card Stock. Next I sprinkled White Embossing Powder over top and set it with the Heat Tool. I just used my Blendabilities on top of the flower and filled in the centres with a White Stampin’ Chalk Marker. Soooo cool! I ran the opposite side of the card through the Big Shot with the Delicate Designs Embossing Folder. A few pearls here and there finished it all off.
