Hello Stamping Friends! It’s me, Tina, with another “Passport Pal” project share for you!  With Sale-a-Bration coming to an end March 31st, I’ve been playing non-stop with all the great products that you can earn for FREE during this awesome promotion.

To make this card I used the “Good as Gold” Sale-a-bration Card Kit (#133512).  The cards in this kit measure 3 1/2″ x 5″ and they’re already pre-printed on both the front and the back.  So I cut them in half and layered the piece onto a Crumb Cake card base that measures 4 1/4″ x 5 1/2″.  The kit comes with gold envelope liners which I cut into strips and used my Bird Builder Punch (#117191) to make the sweet little gold bird.  The Gold Elastic Cord and Bermuda Bay Bakers Twine are also included in the card kit.

Using some more Crumb Cake card stock, I stamped the flower image from the “You’re Lovely” Sale-a-Bration stamp set (#133575) in Black Stazon ink and cut it out with the coordinating Deco Label Framelit (#130102).   Using the “Six Sided Sampler” set (#130953) I stamped the “Thanks Much” in Bermuda Bay Ink.

The flowers were coloured using my Blender Pens and ink pads in Tangerine Tango and Sahara Sand (in the middle) and Pistachio Pudding for the stem and leaves.  Wanting to add some dimension with colour, I outlined the flowers using my Aqua Painter (#103954) and Bermuda Bay ink.  Next, I stamped the flower image again onto a scrap piece of Whisper White card stock and coloured the flowers, cut them with my Paper Snips (#103579) – these scissors ROCK – and adhered them, and the bird, with Stampin’ Dimensionals.   A couple of little pearls (#119247) added to the centre of the flowers finished it all off.  That’s it! Easy, quick and fun!

I hope you enjoyed today’s card and be sure to take advantage of the FREE and exclusive Sale-a-bration products before this sale ends on March 31st and won’t be back until next year!
