Hello Friends
What to call this video??? Well the long name is “How to cut Designer Series Paper to get your envelop on the correct direction”. So in my video on my blog at www.frenchiestamps.com I will teach you how to cut your 12×12 designer paper to get your envelop pattern going horizontal or vertical. If we cut our designer paper 8 x8 it will give our pattern diagonal this is the way the envelop punch board #133774 work. So to have your pattern paper going vertical or horizontal we need to start with our paper diagonal to off set the pattern. I bet I got you confuse with all this but guess what my video will be easy to fallow. One thing you will need to remember after you cut your paper is line/pattern going left will give you horizontal ↔ and line/pattern going right will get you vertical ↕ This got all started with a e-mail that I got from Barb and she wanted to make her envelop going on the right direction and ask me if I knew how to do it….Well most of you know me by know I love challenge so after playing with my paper and the board this is what I came up with. Maybe it’s different way but I was so excited to figure this way out. Let me know what you think. PS when you cut your paper you will end up with 4 triangle I’m sure we can use that in scrapbook page and card. The bottom card I use only one of the trso lots of possibility triangle with those scrap.
So now with this video you will be able to use the DSP to make your envelop 3 different way.
Top DSP is the one that you can get for FREE with qualified order and the other one is Soho Subway.
