Hello Stampers
   today card is using the Watercolor Wonder Designer Series Paper #132994. NO you will NOT find the balloons but just the bubbles I drew the lines with the little bow to make it look like balloons. This was balloons thing was case from Brenda Keenan love this kind of thinking or should I say creativity 🙂  The banner I just cut little piece of card stock *none are the same size, I just use scrap and I emboss it with a variety of embossing folder. I use the Itty Bitty Shapes punch #118309 for the little flowers in between each banner. Stamp set Banner Greeting a hostess set. *you don’t have to host a party to get the hostess set you can collect order with friends and all total order of 150.00 or more before tax and shipping you can pick in the hostess section. Color of card stock are Daffodil Delight, Midnight Muse and Pear Pizazz. Don’t forget the little rhinestone it dress the card perfectly.
The Designer Paper the I use is from the NEW Occasion catalog and I still offer a paper share all info at the bottom.
