Bonjour mes Anmis!
Before I get started with today card I want to say…. please accept my apologize of yesterday post I said the stamp set was Vintage Verses but it was From My Heart on page 139 of the big catalog. I was a little sleepy I guess when I put my post out!
How was your weekend so far? Mine was very creative if you peak at my Facebook page HERE you can tell I was on a roll. Did I told you before how much I love designing cards? Well I DO. Many ask me where I get my ideas well sometime is from the catalog, sometime from Stampin Connection a site for Stampin’Up! demo ONLY (one of the reason to join my team) and most of the time is just by siting at my desk and putting a stamp and paper in from of me and start building 🙂 Today mirror ideas was a card that I saw on Stampin Connection, it was a bigger mirror but I wanted to use the stand of the framelits to make a mirror like I have in my bedroom and VOILA I have a standing mirror with a wedding dress. I use the sleeveless dress but use the one with sleeve for the top so I made my own dress I would say. I love the way the front and the back are different. To have the dress longer I just cut the bottom scallop 4 more time so I have all the layers.
Here what I use
- Card stock Shimmery White #101910, Brush Silver #100712 (for the mirror), Crumb Cake (wood around the mirror) Very vanilla (for the neck and sponge with pink pirouette)
- Embossing folder Lacy Boarder #127819
- Framelites Die Dress Up #130101 and the Ovals Collection #129381
- Lots and lots of pearls #119241
- 1/8 taffeta ribbon Vanilla #119960
This was a set/framelites that I didn’t thing I would buy and last week I had a 50% item so I decided to get and man O’ man I love this framelits…. you know I’m not a girly girl but love playing Dress Up with this framelites. So be on the alert I will have many more to share with YOU.
Well this is it for today, hope you’re having a great Sunday.

When you glue your dress on the mirror glue the entire dress then turn backwards and trim around the silver.

Thanks so much for the inspiration, I had had this idea of using the mirror, but hadn't figured out the execution yet! Am making my own version right now!

again Frenchie, you so amaze me. This is such a clever and creative idea…. I absolutely love it. I think this stamp set is going to be as versitile as the stocking punch that SU did away with last year. Thank you so much for sharing your fantastic creativity
