I did it!!!!
Well someone ask me to make a video on a cascading card…I didn’t know what it was so did some home work and I combine a few together and made my own well I call it the easy way because I don;t use many mark plus only one piece of 8 by 12 card stock and go from there.
On e the 8 x12 card stock score at 2, 4, 8, 10 and a very light mark at 6. Then I cut that piece of card stock in half by diagonal, so you will have a mark at 5 1/2 on top and one at 2 1/2 on the bottom to cut that will give you equal piece well okay I bet I got you lost good at this point so get a piece of 8×12, ruler, cutting board (fisckar) a pencil, scissor and come make one with me while watching the video. It is more easy then you thing well I think it’s is after so many that I did now it’s a piece of cake. Again if it something you would like me to video please send me your request, if I don’t know how I will probably find a way like I did with this one.
For this one I use the stamp set Field Flower page 120, Fabulous Florets page 107, Apothecary in the mini. The Beautiful Wing Embosslits #118138. Color of ink are, Regal Rose, Marina Mist, Pear Pizazz card stock Vanilla, Pear Pizazz, Regal Rose, Marina Mist.

France you are awesome!!! Huge hugs for this!! I saw a card like this on a blog a year or so ago, but no instructions. A few months ago, I tried looking again to find out how to make these, no luck. Finally found a couple with just instructions, no video and they were all in cm's not inches. That just made my head hurt. lol Your video is fantastic! Made this so easy. A tip for folding, just make sure you fold the two pieces opposite. If you start with a mountain on one piece, start with a valley on the other two so that the two middle sections will come back toward each other. Thanks so much!!

HI Frenchie, I really love this card and am anxious to try it. I'm wondering (since I'm math challenged) if there is an quick and easy way to adjust the measurements using 8 1/2″ x 11 paper instead of 12″. I rarely use 12″ x 12″. Any math genious out the there?

for Diane if instead of 6 columns x 2 inches each you use 6 x 13/4 inches you need a piece of cardstock 8 x 10.5 inches to make the same card . Score at 1 3/4 then 3 1/2 make the halfway mark at 51/4 inches then score at 7 inches and 83/4 inches. Hope this helps. Just decide how wide you want your columns to be and calculate the width of your paper.
I used SCS directions and also found
all the pencil markings unnecessary and used one piece of cs, but you took it up another level by scoring before cutting the two pieces.

Hey Frenchie! I found this on penterest and it was great. I loved making it. I posted my version on my blog: stampsinkandpaperpassions.blogspot.com with a link to your site. I couldn't find the SCS version. Like anonymous above, I cut down to 8-1/2 X 10-1/2. This size fits perfect (with the toppers) in a regular (?) size envelope. Good job!

Hi Frenchie, I wanted to make this card & searched all over til I found yours which make so much sense…My question what would be the sizes to Layer your panels?? Love how you get 2 panels from 1 sheet, instead of cutting 2 pieces up.. What is the finished size of this card?
The finished size is 5½ x 4¼ about it fir in the reg envelops For the layers you will need to the same size and do the same score after you are done scoring and cut diagonal cut 1/8 inch at each end and the straight bottom cut 1/4 inch then adhere on top of the card stock
