What you need is a piece of card stock (the one that I did here is Baja Breeze) 7 1/2 by 11. On the short side score at 1/2, 1 1/2, 6 and 7. On long side score at 1, 3 1/2, 4 1/2, 7. The opening for the tissue is 1 1/2 by 2 1/4 and the piece to cover your opening is 2 1/4 by 4 1/4 and punch out the jumbo oval for your opening. The flowers are from the big shot die Fun Flowers, the greeting is from the stamp set Four Frames and Fabulous Phrases and I use the Decorative Label Punch.Okay get your supplies ready plus your Simply Scored Tool and come make one while watching the video.
